Ordering
1. Placing an Order:
- You can place an order through my website or by contacting me directly at filip.gyurk@seznam.cz.
2. Order Confirmation:
- Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with details of your purchase.
Payment
1. Accepted Payment Methods:
- Accepted payment methods are listed at the checkout page.
2. Payment Terms:
- Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment is received and cleared.
3. Currency:
- All prices are listed in Euros, and all transactions will be processed in Euros.
Shipping
1. Shipping Methods:
- We offer one shipping method, however if you require a specific transport company or method, please contact me directly at filip.gyurk@seznam.cz. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the size of the artwork and destination.
2. Processing Time:
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5 business days after payment is received. Custom or commissioned artworks may take longer, and you will be notified of the estimated processing time.
3. Delivery Time:
- Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and destination. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
4. Shipping Costs:
- Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable. These costs will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Custom and Commissioned Artworks
1. Custom Orders:
- Custom or commissioned artworks require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total price at the time of ordering. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the artwork.
2. Approval Process:
- You will be provided with progress updates and have the opportunity to approve the final artwork before shipment.
